That’s in my top five favorite verses of Scripture. (To be honest, I probably actually have a few hundred verses in the top five. How could anyone narrow it down that far?)
It’s way up there on my list too. I love the way it rolls off the tongue in Latin. We can thank St Jerome for that, who, for all his crankiness, had an excellent talent for phrasing Latin elegantly and euphonically.
