Prologues to Early Modern Translations

This page presents my reworkings of prologues to various English Bibles translated in the early
modern period. I have updated the vocabulary and orthography to something that we're more
familiar with, so that they're more easily read.

Douai-Rheims Bible Introductions
Both of the following still need a little work, particularly in regards to the Greek included in the
introductions. The facsimile I was using was illegible. As I discover the correct readings, these
pages will be corrected.
